horn boost using fog lamp relay 200 1990

Hello Y'all,
I have ordered Fiamm horns from IPD. I want to supply maximum amount of amps that they can handle without an explosion. I want to rewire my horn wiring through the fog light factory prewiring that already exists(though my car does not have fog lights).
Can anyone tell me where the volvo fog light relay is located?
What is the max. amp. rating on these Fiamm replacement horns? What amp fuse is in the horn circuit, so I do not poopp the new horns?
Has anyone tried this?
