Advice on LH injection on B21 w/ K

I bought a rusted out '86 240 w/ B230f (thought I was going to get an '83 w/B23f but for $100 w/ good overdrive automatic, who cares?) and am thinking of moving the LH Jetronic system to my '81 B21, but I have a couple of questions before I get into it.

First, does is the LH really a lot more fuel effictient than the K? Is it worth the trouble?

Second, apart from all the wiring, fuel pump and line changes, and distributor swap, can I simply plug the injector holes in my B21 head and move the manifold from the B230 along with the attached injection components, or do I have to swap heads?

Also, Is there a cam for that will boost performance of a B21f w/out sacrificing a lot of fuel economy?

(Specs don't show enough difference in power to make it worth swapping engines.)

Any advice welcome.
