1990 740 - Still won't start...

It started having intermittent starting problems for a few days then no start at all. It fires for a second or so on the first crank and thats it. Almost like some type of start signal isn't happening. I'm stumped.

I've been through most of the FAQs and replaced the coil (Regina), rpm sensor and the cap & rotor. The spark is good now, it was very weak before. There are no vacuum leaks that I can find. I'm not really sure where to go next. I'll probably go back through the FAQs again. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
