Turbo coolant hose clamps 700 1992

Hello all that might know more than I do about this thing. 92 745t, B230FT engine. I just replaced the cooling system. I used new hoses and clamps on the two small hoses that feed and drain the turbocharger cooler. I didn't want to over tighten the clamps & hoses, so easy goes it. Pressure up all ok. drive it for 5 days, drip ddrip, drip. Tighten the clamp just a bit. Feels a little loose. pressure up, all ok. 5 days later...

So now I am at the point that if I tighten the clamps much more, the clamps will start cutting the new hoses. I used new ss clamps of the correct size for the job. The pipe was cleaned. Should I have used some kind of sealant on the fitting? Suggestions, please help.
