Stalling 900 1994

B230FD with Bosch ignition
940 Sedan
While stuck in traffic yesterday she suddely stalled. I coasted to the side of the road and cranked her over. When it turned over it sounded like it wanted to start but was simply not get fuel. With the noise of the traffic, I could not tell if the fuel pump was turning on and the smell of the exaust was very rich smelling, like a timing issue. After about 10 attempts she restarted. To get it started it almost seemed like pumping the gas pedal was doing something, like it was a carburator? Well I got home ~120 miles later. As long as I kept the RPM above 1500 - 2000 rpm's it pretty much ran normal, a slight miss periodically could be felt, but wasn't sure if that was the a/c compressor kicking on. I stopped for gas and left her running and in about 5 minutes it started to miss real bad and stalled. It started back up and I got back on the road and again if I got stuck in traffic and the rpm's were down to an idle, it would begin to miss.
I don't know where to start:
Fuel Pump
Some vacuum thing
Relay
ignition
Thanks
