Cleaned TB, NEED HELP! 700 1990

Sounds like the throttle position switch is still not quite right or it could be bad. You should be able to hear it click with just the slightest (1 deg) of throttle plate movement. This should close the IAC. Maybe the throttle plate actuating rod is too tight. Try adjusting the switch with the rod disconnected then put it back. You may need to adjust the length. It shouldn't be so tight that it's actually moveing the throttle plate.
