1975 164E starts fine cold but has trouble starting warm 140-160

i have a 75 164E that starts fine if it has been sitting for more than an hour--or if you just go into somewhere for less than five minutes, but inbetween those times it just stalls on start up. I can keep pushing the accelerator and giving it fuel and it will eventually stay running. Any Ideas? Fuel Filter or Pump? Electrical?
