Help Please! Swaping Turbo's 700 1989

I am looking for a replacement turbo and exhaust manafold at a junkyard, to replace the cracked manifold and high mileage turbo that is on my car.

I found a couple '89 740 Turbo's that looked good, but the fitting on top of the turbo is different from mine. I have a banjo bolt going to an oil line, every car that I saw today had a fitting with two screws in it.

Can a turbo like this be installed into my '89 740 Turbo, provided I take all of the oil and coolant lines as well?

I also noticed some 760 Turbo's with what looks like a similar setup on my car. Is it possible to swap in a 760 turbocharger? Will this offer any performance advantage?
