heater doesn't work 700 1990



I would start off with this. Unplug the pos post from the bat....
pull all the fuses out of the fuse post. Clean all the metal posts
with a wire brush. check the fuses for white powder scrub them too.
Some place your not getting a good contact for your elecricals.
Is there steam coming out from the dash vents? = aka dead heater core.
Check the coolant color in the expansion tank. Dirty? = change & flush.
If no steam from dash you could have a clog in the line or a dead t-stat.
Engine running cool?
