Wet Outside - Now No Start . 200 1989

Well, this is a first for me.
I had my '89 outside for 2 days during some major rain storms.
This morning it won't start.
I replaced the plugs - they had voer 50K on them.
I checked the distributor cap and rotor - they're fine.
I pulled off the #1 plug wire and saw a spark when my son turned the engine over.
I pulled off the hose off the back of the Fuel Pressure Regulator - gas came out
when the engine turned over.

Any ideas out there would be appreciated...
