Is this an exhaust leak, or nothing to worry about? (740 Turbo) 700 1989

Well I got my low mileage turbo and manifold from the junkyard today. I also pulled an extra head, cam, and lifters. I scored everything, for $120! So a successful day I suppose.

Anyway, I have this discoloration around the exhaust port on the hot side of the turbo. Is it something to worry about (a leak), or just a discoloration?

I would hate to put it back in, and find that I have an exhaust leak.
