driver's seat sags to the right 200

Hi all,

My driver's seat has something structurally wrong with it. My right shoulder is several inches back from the left. I can pull the offending part of the chair back up to even, but it quickly sags back into this off-kilter but stable position. I guess the next step is to unbolt the chair and take off the upholstery, but I wanted to see first if anyone had any experience with this. If you're looking at the chair from the back seat, the upper right corner just leans back a bit. Frustrating to drive with. Do I go to a body shop or a volvo place like TVG (I live in PDX)?

Dunno how much you can all help, but the asking's pretty easy. Thanks for reading.
