Lo and behold, rear seatbelts!!! 120-130 1966

I am soon to be a new daddy, and I was wondering how much rear seat-belts would cost, where I could get them, and how difficult it would be to install them when the recent post came up regarding this very issue. Someone suggested just taking up the back seat to check for them and when I did this; low and behold seat-belts! They seem to be in good shape, albeit a bit dirty. Does anyone have an opinion on how safe these might be? They seem to be the same vintage as the old front seat-belts. They have that chrome clasp and seem to be operating correctly. is there anyway to test these. has anyone used these to secure a child seat? should I just get new ones? Any input would be helpful.

Any any event Thanks Again Brickboard. It's always great to find out something new about these great little cars!
