I gotta let this car go....how much $$ to ask for? 200 1988

Greetings all,
Well I finally have to let my 88 sedan go. I've found a good 87 wagon w/ 5 speed and about 1/3 the miles as the sedan. My question is, what do I do with the sedan? Sell it whole? Try to part it out and scrap whats left? I thought I'd run it by all of you, maybe one of you are interested. Here is the good, bad and ugly about it.
1988 240 DL Sedan, automatic, 296,000 miles
High mile engine & trans.
Used synth oil since for last 2 years.
Never changed the tranny fluid, sorry.
Car was front ended twice in its lifetime, once while I owned it and once prior.
All suspension bushings are about 1 1/2 years old.
Rust? You betcha!! But really only around the rear wheel wells and bottom of the right rear door frame. Front end of car is relatively rust free. The back end of the car has some really creative Bondo sculpturing!!!
Electrical problems, yeah, I think so. The main fuel pump is sounding kinda rough. I replaced the in-tank pump about 2 years ago, but the wiring was kinda iffy then, and I'm sure its about ready to go soon.
Running condition: This car has run like a tank the whole time I've owned it. I commute from Long Island to Lancaster PA every weekend. I've only been left sit once, because the tensioning bolt on the alternator worked loose and I threw off all the belts and killed the battery. New belt, bolt and battery and was back on the road!!!

There is obiously lots more history. I'll post more if anybody wants.

Please send me your input. In any event, I can't own 2 cars right now, so this one will be going somewhere.

Thanks,
Doug
