Sorry, no. You have to fabricate your own wires to support a voltmeter. You can tap power at a fuse position, and tap a wire for lighting and ground.

The only exception is the tachometer -- there's a wire behind the dash dedicated for the input (the tach signal), but even this installation would require your own wiring (for power and ground) if you want to use a small 2-inch tach. Only the "large face" tach (replacing the clock) wouldn't need this.
