Info on the Mikuni carbs is below:

The new carbs are flat slide Mikunis designed to replace SU carbs on
Harley
bikes.
The introductory price, complete with likage, mounting adatpers for the
stock SU manifolds and air filters, is $750. It is projected that the
price will go up to $795 for 2006.
As with any carbs, some tuning may be necessary to get the best results
from
your engine.
