Suspension springs 140-160

Does anyone know the stock suspension spring rates for my 1970 142S, as well as the stock spring rate for a 145? Next, what’s the spring rates for the various aftermarket lowering spring options, hand how much do they lower? If you have aftermarket lowering springs on a 142, can you comment on the rate, too soft/firm, better/worse handling?
