Dome light and CL problem 200 1987

Hi Erling,

I can't begin to explain the readings you got without asking a whole lot of dumb probing questions that seem way to specific and unassuming. But my first guess when reading your post is some cover or part you removed with a screwdriver was put back such that the dome light wire is pinched.

Knowing how tricky it is to fish the wires behind the fuse panel and into the door jamb, I would look there first. The older cars had the CL wiring crossing the car width behind the handbrake console, while the later models ran this harness across the underside of the dash (red, green, black). How are yours run?
