Poolman S90-V90

Hello,

I was wondering if you could please give me a little step by step as to how exactly you modified your air box to make it more like a ram air. I'm not too familiar with working on Volvos. My 960 is my first and I'm afraid to mess it up. It's more advanced then my 04 GMC Sierra and my old 88 IROC Camaro. I'd like help with what you did with the air door and that thermostat. When you removed it - did it set a check engine light? Did you have to play with the flame trap? I've wanted to do this mod but haven't gotten the courage to do so because of the unknown. On a side note just got my car smoged and the CO% was 0.01 at 15mph, and 0.02 at 25mph. At no rpm it was 8. My smog tech said it was real clean. Not bad for a 95 with 127,000.

Mr.960 and I love my VOLVO
