I need help. Top starter bolt.....how do I get it off? 200 1986

I've just about wore my patience out. The 19mm top starter bolt is very hard to get a wrench on it. I've tried getting a socket, box wrench, etc...but either the transmission filler tube (which is held on by the top starter bolt itself) gets in the way or the firewall prevents me from getting the tool squarely seated on the bolt.

Is there some way that you've been successful getting this darn thing off??

I need some help here guys...do I need to loosen the motor mount or something?? Looks like heater hoses make pretty tight job from up top.
HELP!
