eBay auction for intake mod chip 700 1989

I saw this auction on eBay (item # 4582891247) and it almost seems too good to be true. Will anybody take a look at it and let me know their thoughts/ideas about this auction? I have installed a cold air intake and a tornado unit on both of my Volvo's and they both seem to have better acceleration and run smoother. My car's are a 1990 240DL and a 1989 740GL. Thanks in advance for any advice given!
