Steering Wheel Alignment - How To Adjust ?? 200

Hello All. 1986 240 DL Sedan . This has been bugging me for a while now. When going straight my steering wheel is not centered . Instead it is slightly counterclockwise. If steering wheel is held centered I would end up going right instead of straight. How do i adjust this ?? At Wheel itself or in the steering wheel shaft/mechanism ?? By the way car is properly aligned and it does have power steering and it does not have airbag.. Thanks in advance for advice & info on this matter.
