trans shutter? please read!!! 700

hey everyone
i had a bad shutter in the drivetrain about a week ago. i replaced the center bearing on the driveshaft, and replaced the u-joints. the vibration reduced greatly but when starting off from a stop there is still a lot of vibration, if i put the car in (p) or (N) the vibration stops. i would assume that it is a problem with the trans right? would it help to power flush the trans? what else could it be? what else can i do?

thanks in advance
-sal
