warped discs 200

I have a 264 that had warped discs, so it wouldn't come to a stop smoothly. So i replaced the front rotors with slotted ate items, new ebc greenstuff pads & new wheelbearings. Problem being the same issue is still there but to a much lesser extent. So i pulled the rotors off again to ensure the back of the hub assembly is clean and flat. Still there! I'm thinking perhaps the rear rotors but I've never had that happen b4 to any cars i've had. Is there perhaps any special way to do the wheelbearings or perhaps something else i have missed?
