My '91 245 has a front end shimmy 200 1991

I have checked the ball joints and tie rod ends, and all are tight. Problem has been around for a while, but not very noticeable until recently. It starts a little shake between 50 and 60 mph. It is worse when turning slightly to the right. It stops when turning left or turning farther to the right. Steering effort is normal throughout the range. The tires are wearing fast on the outside edge on the left front and to a lesser extent on the right front.
Could the camber affect this? The left front adjustment seems to be set all the way toward the center of the car. Could this have slipped?
I appreciate any help with this.
