I just flunked NJ inspection for emissions. NOx is high at 2860ppm versus the standard of 1227. What usually caused high NOx? Will new cap rotor plugs wires help? I just replaced the air filter. Any suggestions will help. Car has about 170K on it and is very nice. Stick shift, by the way. Thanks All!
