Katrina's aftermath - No 2 (200) 200 1982

I want to THANK EVERYBODY who replied to my previous message. It was very instructive and greatly appreciated.

The work that my Volvo needs is overwhelming and something that I cannot do personally.

My new question is, is anybody out there interested in doing the job? If there is any, how much would it cost to bring my Volvo to its previous condition?

Like I said before, my Volvo (245 GL Wagon w/125Kmiles)was flooded during Katrina/Rita in New Orleans. The water came from Lake Pontchartrian which is a mix of salt and fresh water (brackish I believe they called it) It also had other things in it... It was not fresh spring water!

If anybody is interested, I have some pictures that I can e-mail and it would give an idea of how the car looks. Also if anybody is interested in buying it, if I cannot fix, I rather it goes for parts to somebody that really can use the parts.

Sincerely,

Patriciast
