Brakes from parts car 200

I recently bought a parts car early 90's 240. Records show that it had a complete brake job (discs, pads, etc.) about 6-7,000 kms ago. The front brakes on my daily driver early 90's 240 have more wear and may need an overhaul, so I was thinking of taking the brake parts off the parts car, storing them in my garage over winter (minimizing rust and seizing from non-use), and possibly installing them on the daily driver in the Spring.

Question: is it possible to remove brake discs (and other brake parts) and re-install the wheels securely? (I'll likely get the parts car towed out of my yard in the Spring - and I have already removed engine components so this car CANNOT be driven - I'll leave the hand brake in case the tower/junkyard need to stop the thing taking it off the truck). I just wanted an idea whether it's possible, before taking the jacks and cold tools out to find out... Thanks.
