740 how to boost 114hp to 175hp

So that you do not confuse the 940SE with a 940, that 1991 model is basically a 760 sedan with the sleeker 900 series roofline that was replacing the 700 series. That means it had indepenent rear suspension with Nivomats, 2.3 turbo, auto climate control, tilt wheel, better soundproofing, etc.

The addition of the turbo is virtually all of the power difference between B230F and B230FT cars. Add boost pressure (usally 7.5 psi) to barometric pressure 14.7 psi at sea level and divide into barometric pressure to get the effective volumetric increase. In this case +51% or similar to increasing the displacement to about 3.5 litres.
