90 760 turbo O2 sensor system code problem - help 700 1990

The idle would change when you create a vacuum leak, whether the O2 sensor is good or bad. Not only should the sensor be generating a voltage based on oxygen content, but it needs to react quickly. The mixture has to rapidly switch between a slight excess of O2, required by the catalyst to oxidize the exhaust and excess of CO2 for reduction. Without using a voltmeter or o-scope, you cannot properly check sensor performance.
