The only B18 version would have been an upgrade to 42mm intake valves from the stock 40mm and 35mm exhaust instead of 34mm. Apparently they used B20 valve guides also.
There is one stage one head that does not start with 552---. It is P/N 419882 but it had 44mm intake valves. Hope this helps to ID the head.
