Advice needed for pinpointing a rich running on 1988 volvo 740 with b230F engine.

hi fellow Brickboarders,
I own a 1988 volvo 740 gle with B230F. It has been running rich and today after purchasing a digital volt meter i decided to check my O2 sensor. I got a reading of 0.826-0.824 volts.. i decided to disconnect the idle valve hose from the intake tube (one with the largest diameter) and my car continue running/idling.. It used to stop when i do that. So my o2 sensor tellin ecu that car is running rich. i decided to check the ETC sensor but i couldn't locate the ecu terminals 13 and 5.. and there is no way i coul read any kind of voltage when the connector is connected to ecu.. Cloud you please tel me how to number the terminals and how to full the ecu conector to read the voltage at terminal 13.
Thank you and your help
