ICU interchangability 200 1989

I need an ignition control computer for my 89 245 - the ICU that's in the car is #0 227 400 146 - I have seen a part listed for sale as fiting 89-93 240s, part #
0 227 400 169 - anyone know if this 169 will work or have any experience with interchanging ICUs? Is there a table on ICUs out there similar to that posted by rhaire & ZJZ on ECUs and known good substitutes?
