Stalling Then No Start 200 1988

My 109k miles 244DL has poor idel and it likes to stall. Most of the time it will stall will sitting at a light of taking off but today it went out will going down the freeway and when it stalls I have to let it set for 5 min. before it will start. Also when I go to stop, it acts like someone is pluseing the gas. I havnt had time yet to take out the tools but when I do, where should I start? I cleaned the TB at 100k and all of its other schuled maintance has been done.
