Maintenance 940 Turbo 900 1993

So far, it has been too good to believe. Everything is original. Never ever touched items like below yet though I read of the need to replace. Now 235,000km or about 140,000 miles.

1. oxygen sensor;
2. catalytic converter;
3. turbo unit

What are the things I need to do to prolong the life of the above items particularly the turbo unit which I understand is quite costly.

Is there a need to clean the throttle body and idle control unit or wait until problems surface. So far, fuel consumption is reasonable betwwen 21 and 25 miles per gallon depending on whether city driving or highway.
