Small world, indeed! And no doubt that house is going to be great- coming from a studio appartment in NYC we suffered continuous 'abode envy' on the trip, seeing the places freinds live in... So much space....

Where in Mass? I'm originally from Rhode Island, we go up there all the time (that's where I work on the car- again, the space issue!).

And thanks again for that gasket- the leaking one was literally in shreds when I put the new one on! I can't remember where I got the one that fell apart, but it was definitely of inferior quality. I'm going to keep a closer eye on future gasket purchases!
