couple questions- M41, B20... 120-130

Howdy-
Couple of questions-
I have an M41 to put in my '66, probably won't get to it until the spring now. It turns freely, no chipped teeth, etc., but wondering what I can/should do to it before installing? I understand there are some seals in the OD- where can I get replacements for those and how big of a deal is replacing them?

I hope it's a long time before I have to get into the B20 currenly in the car- decifering the paperwork that came with the car I think this rebuild was put in less than 30k ago- but I like to think ahead and a spare motor would be nice to have around. What's the ideal B20 block to keep my eye out for (and what years/models were they originally in)? And while I'm looking, the same questions go for the head!

As always, thanks!
