Fitting 945 Rear seats in a 745 700

Well, I did read the thing in the FAQ about seats, but is it possible (ie, does anyone have experience) installing 945 rear seats in a 745. The seat bottoms are not the issue. Rather, the seat backs are what concern me.

Other than the latch that holds the seat back upright, what is different? Do I need to move the upper seat back mount or just redrill it? Are the bottom mounts all the same?
