740 front end shimmy need help 700

I have an 87 740 GLE sedan with a constant front end shimmy. Even after replacing the following it shimmys at speeds over 55 mph and may exist a little at slower speeds.

Replaced parts:

inner tie rods ends
outer tie rod ends
ball joints
strut rod bushings a while ago
new tires on straight rims

What could be causing this??? Old front tires were wearing on outer edge especially left front. They both had a saw tooth edge which was rough if you rubbed you hand from the top of tire towards rear of car. Camber is slightly negative.

Thanks for help.
