Would very high pressure tires increase gas mileage much at highway speeds?

The car has some rattles, but the ride is smooth. Are there high-pressure tires avilaable anywhere, like 70-80 lb?

I don't care about handling or braking, it handles and brakes fine with plenty to spare, and I take pains to avoid situations.
