removing headliner 200

Hello Board

Has anyone removed the headliner in their 160/140 or 240 series? I know how to lower it from the roof but any tips on removing it from the vehicle. It looks like you may have to remove the back window?

I know how to repair the headliner, that is not the problem, just not sure what is the best way to get it out of the car without breaking it into two pieces. Thanks
