remove all of the door's trim, remove the four bolts and remove the glass and regulator.

do you have a working regulator, or is it seized? there is no "track" on these windows unless you mean the metal support along the bottom that clips to the regulator. two clip to the regulator arms; the motion comes from a pivot arm that moves when you crank the handle.

the other possibility is that the window wasn't put in correctly, but the most likely situation is that one of the clips has fallen out and is in the bottom of the door.
