Fuel sending unit, supply and return rusted out 700

Is there a way to fix the supply and return that are badly rusted??

The pipes on the sending unit are rusted so bad, the return is now porous, some gas leaks out while running, only a matter of time before if fails and i empty my tank on the ground.

A new unit is over $300 at fcp, any other sources of just the top portion?

Any thoughts appreciated, this car is 240k and worth money only to me (I'v done alot of work, with the boards help, and it runs great)
