pulled to right, now pulls to left 200 1991

I just picked up a 91 240 with 108k on it a couple of weeks ago and I'm trying to figure out a front end problem. When I first got it it had a slight pull to the right. One of my other 240's needed new tires but the tires on this one seemed pretty good so I swapped the wheels and got new tires put on the 91. So now with the brand new tires on the 91 (the wheels are from the 87) the car has a pull to the left. There is also a slight vibration at highway speeds. Should I be looking at alignment? The ball joints and tie rods seem o.k.

thanks in advance.
