940 idiot lights are all lighting up 900 1994

I'm out driving about today and notice my ABS light is lit. Then it goes out, and continues to go on and off. Then the remaining IC lights started out dim, but then burned brightly for a time before getting dim again.

I have done no other diagnosis as of yet. The car is running just fine, or seems so. Brake fluid level is at max.

Alternator?
