pulled to right, now pulls to left 200 1991

I will swap tires on Sunday, I just find it odd that it has the same kind of feel/pull but in the opposite direction after putting new tires an entirely different set of wheels. There also does not seem to be any issue with the tires that came off this car that I put on my other one, ie. no pull on that car with the old wheels and tires from this car. Possibly an issue with a rear tire and they rotated them without saying anything?

There is also a definite vibration that feels like it's coming from the rear when braking, I suspect bad or warped rotors. I looked at the pads and they look good but the rotors seem pretty worn.
