Piston slap 700

Oil squirters in '93 and later 230ft engines increased lubrication to piston walls and helped control piston slap. I think the pistons were a little longer too. The question is whether anyone with this post '92 230ft engine experience engine noises like piston slap or did this solve the problem? Piston slap is almost a legendary Volvo engine characteristic of the red block. I've heard about it looming back to the B18, B20E&F, B21, thru the B23-B230 F,E,K line, and even experienced it in my 1972 B30. It appears the 230 L engines, the last ones that ran the last 3 years of the 940 model, was the corrected, top of the line red block engine?
