fixing LED brake-light 120-130

I have bought a stick-on LED strip to use as an auxiliary brake-light.

Even after using strong glues of various types, I have been unable to keep it sticking in the back window for more than a few weeks, what with the heat changes, the winter condensation and the occasional bumby rides.

What I want is an elegant solution for fitting it permanently. I'm thinking of some kind of support that is bolted to the parcel shelf. Can you give me any ideas of how to fashion this support so that the light is flush with the window and doesn't move. By the way it's casing is all plastic, and it's about 10 inches long and about 3 inches high.

Thanks

Tom
