Have you got the hottest possible thermostat in it?

You wouldn't fit water injection to an LPG motor because you aren't likely to get the compression high enough to need it. 2" exhaust could be bigger too.

No one has mentioned sprung weight yet.

I would have thought that you would already have the car down to it's minimum weight.

Have you considered putting a piece of timber under the accelerator pedal to limit yourself to 1/4 throttle? Swapping to a B20A head & cam would work too.
