88' 240's in a funk 200 1988

For the past few months, my 88' 240GL has had an intermittant problem that I can't seem to solve. Sometimes when I start it up, it doesn't seem to be running on all cyclinders; but if I turn it off and start it up again, it can run smoothly. So far, I've replaced the catalytic converter, knock sensor, and coil, and checked plugs for cracks. Any suggestions are appreciated.
